Call Center Supervisors

A group of call center supervisors had come to a breaking point. The lack of communication between them was dragging everyone down, rendering their work environment all but intolerable. The manager of the group tried to intervene, but unknowingly just made things worse. With nowhere else to turn, they thought a team building event might help, and called us.

After interviewing the team members and the manager, a clear pattern for their ineffectiveness emerged, and we tailored a workshop to address their specific problems. After going through iTeam, the supervisors not only formed a tighter team bond with each other, but their newly found strength of collaboration allowed the manager to trust them with more leadership opportunities. Everyone wins.

3rd Party Payer Team

A group of employees originally called us in for an intervention with the department’s leadership team, designed to treat the apparent causes of their inefficiencies. After awhile, though, the team realized that it was not “upper management” that was the problem, but rather their own lack of teamwork.

The intervention soon morphed into an intense and emotional team building session. While sharing the defining moments of their careers, under our supervision, the team found common ground. They created a framework for success that has since held together, helping them work better together even long after the workshop has ended. Success!
