Quest for Excellence
In a suffering economy, just as in a prospering one, it is critical that managers transition quickly and effectively to their expected leadership roles. The Quest for Excellence is an 8-week development program, instructing managers to model behavior that creates positive organizational change.
Often, organizations promote employees to leadership positions largely based on their technical knowledge and proficiency. However, just as frequently, these same organizations neglect to equip their managers with the skills that are essential to leading a workforce and organization at high levels. That means 75% of first-line managers, and manager's of managers, who are supposed to make this critical transition, are stuck or haven't even started. They're still trying to learn the job, without being given the proper skills or guidance to do so.
