Unleashing the Leader Within is not your typical off-the-shelf remedial seminar, or a rehash of the same tired old material. It is executive education at its best — helping leaders overcome barriers, take deep dives into self-awareness, and learn to make conscious, reality-based decisions.
More then a one time event, Unleashing the Leader Within incorporates a workshop retreat, one-on-one executive coaching, best-in-class assessments and strategic action planning to accelerate the development and performance of business leaders.
Program Outline
- Phase 1 (Awareness): During a 3.5 day workshop retreat participants explore their core strengths and drives, uncover blind spots, and break through barriers that have limited their success. Through intensive coaching and guidance, participants accelerate their focus on building exceptional teams and creating outstanding results.
- Phase 2 (Planning): Professional coaches meet one-on-one with participants at their offices, with their managers and/or teams, to develop business initiatives that will have exceptional impact.
- Phase 3 (Execution): Working with a team of colleagues, each participant leads a high-impact business initiative using the new unleashed leadership skills. At the end of an agreed-upon period, the results measured and evaluated by senior management.
